Installing GpsDrive Development Snapshots
To install the GpsDrive Development Snapshots you can use any of the methods below.Warning
These Archives represents the current development state for gpsdrive. I try to syncronize it everytime i check in something into the SVN. It's for those of you who want to have a package for installation rather than checking out from the SVN.!!! Warning:
BACKUP YOUR SYSTEM: This is a snapshot of the SVN so I expext you have an uptodate Backup and are aware that errors, incomplete or undescribed Features can and will be found in this Version.
For a direct checkout from our current SVN-Repository use:
svn co https://gpsdrive.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/gpsdrive/trunk gpsdrive-trunk

Other ways to get the latest Gpsdrive Developer Version installed are:- Debian Packages / Repository
- Tar Ball gpsdrive-2.10svn225413169.tar.gz
- Suse: use rpm/the tar Files or SVN
- Gentoo: use the emerge/tar Files/SVN
- Mac-OS: use fink or the tar Files (More precise Description Welcome)
- OPEN-BSD: use the tar Files (More precise Description Welcome)

OtherVersions of gpsdrive. These are definitely Alpha and testing.

They might be untested, maybe they don't even compile.
